Focus Groups Discussions
MR&D conducts focus group discussions with consumers and businesses. Our focus group discussions are guided by experienced and trained moderators, who utilize specialized qualitative and projective techniques to help illicit responses from participants. These focus group discussions are designed to be open ended in nature to capture the perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes of a specific demographic towards a product or service. The focus group discussions allow us to gauge their reactions to concepts, advertisements, or ideas. MR&D has the ability to conduct discussions using face-to-face and online methodology.
In-depth Telephone Interviews
MR&D can perform in-depth telephone interviews to gain more detailed insight into a specific matter. In some situations, conducting focus group discussions or face-to-face interviews may be considered impractical or inappropriate, such as when expert opinions are needed, or when detailed information is required from customers or users of competing products or services, which may be difficult to gather due to location, logistics, or the sensitive or complex nature of the topics to be explored. In-depth interviews would give us the opportunity to interact one-to-one with participants to further uncover their experiences and ideas and to explore additional points relevant to the subject.
