MYSTERY SHOPPING
Visit local businesses as a customer and evaluate the quality of service you receive. After your visit, complete a short report about your experience. Mystery shopping helps companies understand and improve their customer service.
ONLINE SURVEYS
Complete online questionnaires from your phone, tablet, or computer. These surveys collect feedback on your experiences and can be done at your convenience.
FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSIONS
Focus group discussions are guided conversations with a small group of participants, led by a trained moderator. These sessions explore opinions, experiences, and reactions to products, services, or ideas.
You’ll share your thoughts in a group setting, respond to questions, and engage in open discussion with other participants. Sessions are typically 1–2 hours and may take place in person or online.
