Guam Industry Forum 2018 - Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Guam Post
The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Guam Post hosted a forum for businesses, both on Guam and internationally, to understand how they can be involved in construction and development opportunities tied to the relocation of the Marine base to Guam. MR&D was contracted by Ruder Integrated Marketing Services (RiMS) to provide event planning expertise and logistical support. Our tasks involved included arranging logistics of the event with key personnel, developing arrival and pick-up schedules for VIP guests and speakers, coordinating online and in-person registration, and providing support during the forum by supervising volunteers. Guidance was provided by the NAVFAC Pacific GPMO, the OICC Marianas, and the Japanese Ministry of Defense.
Pacific Asia Travel Association Annual Summit 2016
PATA Annual Summit attracted 200-400 delegates from 30+ countries, bringing together international thought leaders, industry shapers, and senior decision-makers who are professionally engaged with the Asia Pacific region. The Summit served both as the Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and as a global tourism forum for enhancing the sustainable growth, value and quality of travel and tourism in the Asia Pacific region. MR&D was contracted to assist in logistics, such as recruiting key team members and assembling a staffing plan for team members and volunteers, as well as arranging travel and room and board for all delegates. In addition, MR&D provided information for all delegates and assisted with the PATA Youth Symposium.
66th Session of the World Health Organization Regional Committee for the Western Pacific (2015)
In this large-scale event, WHO representatives from 37 countries assembled on Guam to aid in combatting health issues that affect the Pacific region. Our tasks involved arranging logistics of the event with key personnel and developing arrival and pick-up schedules for VIP guests and speakers.
