MR&D conducts Guam’s official Visitor Exit Survey program on behalf of the Guam Visitors Authority (GVB), a longstanding initiative designed to gather detailed insights into visitor experiences, behaviors, and satisfaction. Using a combination of tablet-assisted interviews, QR code surveys, and multilingual options at key airport departure points, MR&D captures representative data from Guam’s major source markets.
Our methodology ensures robust sampling aligned with GVB’s statistical requirements and includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. All survey data are analyzed using SPSS and Power BI, providing GVB with dynamic dashboards, advanced analytics, and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, improve visitor experiences, and support sustainable tourism development.
MR&D’s plans also incorporate focus groups, event surveys, internet listening, and community perception studies as part of a comprehensive research approach that supports GVB’s mission to enhance Guam’s tourism sector.
