MR&D Focus Groups

focus group is a small, guided discussion that brings together participants to share their thoughts, opinions, and experiences on a specific topic, product, or service. These sessions help researchers understand how people think and feel, providing valuable insights before larger surveys or public studies are conducted.

Each focus group is led by a trained moderator who asks open-ended questions and encourages conversation among participants. The goal is to explore opinions in depth, not to test knowledge or find right answers, but to better understand perspectives and experiences from diverse backgrounds.

How Focus Groups Work

Focus group sessions usually last around 2 hours and are designed to be comfortable, conversational, and confidential. Participants are encouraged to be open and honest, as their feedback helps shape decisions and improvements in various areas, from community programs to products and services.

To recognize your time and contribution, participants receive cash incentives, with amounts varying depending on the project.
