GVB Visitor Exit Surveys
The Challenge
MR&D is conducting the Guam Visitor Exit Survey as part of Guam Visitors Bureau’s (GVB) efforts to understand visitor behaviors, satisfaction, and economic impact. This comprehensive, multi-method research initiative includes airport exit interviews, event-based surveys, focus groups, and real-time social media listening. Data collection is conducted through trained surveyors using tablets and QR codes, with multilingual support to capture diverse traveler experiences.
The MR&D Approach
The project is designed to inform strategic marketing, enhance the visitor experience, and support sustainable tourism growth. MR&D has partnered with international tourism research firm Skift and engaged experts from the University of Guam to ensure rigorous data analysis and insight generation throughout the project.
